Welcome to Elaine Keiser Architect - Architecture and Planning, your Northern Michigan based full service Architecture firm.

We specialize in Custom Commercial and Residential Single and Multi-Family projects.  We provide all phases of service from conception to completion. We also extend these services by providing links with other design and technical services such as interior design, landscape design, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical systems. We can provide a professional and cost efficient link to all services your project may require.

We have flexible service options to meet diverse construction needs. In working with you, we will identify the level of service most appropriate for your project and budget. We offer design sets, builder sets and full service sets. Our fee structure is equally flexible. We work initially at an hourly rate or on a fixed-fee basis depending on your project parameters and service level required. Once the fees are established for your project, your fee will not change if the scope of your project and level of service remain the same.  We are also willing to work on a percentage of the total construction cost, though we prefer not to as this is not an accurate indicator of our value.  The building materials market should not affect the price of good design.  The scope of the project, level of detail and quality of service are what set our prices.
