This former local restaurant showcases our versatility. With seating for only 30, but supporting a large take out and catering business, the focus was to design large function without a large budget. The result was simple country charm with clean lines and a modern interior.

**Thai restaurant remodel

		Subway of Petoskey This Subway store was a collaboration between our office and the contractor. We took the plans furnished by the franchise and adapted them to the location. We integrated details to compliment the surrounding businesses, while updating the plan to meet local code and design specifications. After completion, the owner was awarded "Best Design of a Subway" by Subway Corporation.
