On The Bluff

A spacious single story with a walkout basement.  This arts-and-crafts style home enjoys an amazing view of Little Traverse Bay.  With an exterior constructed of insulated concrete forms,  it is the one of the most energy efficient homes we have designed.

The 'not-so-small' House

This new home over looking the bay on the north east side of Petoskey, MI. is quite a bundle of design.  At only 2100 sq. ft. on the first floor, it is much more than it appears.  It has a lower level front entry and storage space capable of finishing into what ever the future requires.  The first floor, which over hangs the lower level several feet to maximize the buildable area of this small corner lot, holds a spacious home, complete with 3 bedrooms and an enclosed garage.  Its low roof and prairie profile nestle it unobtrusively in its hillside perch.

The Carriage House

This carriage house near Jones Landing on Walloon Lake, is a fine example of blending a new structure to an existing complex.  With its overstated columns, arched windows and vaulted overhangs, it is an adaptation of the animated design detail which was present through out the home.
