documents are prepared for competitive bidding.
This includes a Site Plan, Builders Set, Exterior Details,
Interior Details, Interior Elevations, Electrical and
Lighting Design. Specifications
are developed and included. Site visits are made regularly
as construction proceeds; Shop drawings are reviewed
along with contractor pay requests. |
